An absolute necessity in food production, spiral coolers are used to keep products cold or even frozen to preserve perishable products. For storage, transportation purposes, and other applications, coolers are an ideal way to keep your inventory colder, longer, without taking up too much space.

Storee Construction can upgrade your existing product cooling systems by incorporating spiral coolers. When used with cooler conveyor belts or cold rooms, the process can be automated, saving time and money. We create custom belt widths, spiral conveyors, and spiral freezers to fit any need.

Custom Designs

We realize that no two production plants are ever designed the same. This could be due to local code restrictions, the size of the operation, and even the product itself. When you work with Storee Construction design-build engineers, we’ll take everything into account and build the spiral cooler that best fits your needs.

Need to implement spiral coolers into an existing facility? We’ll help you find the most efficient way to place the system and build the cooling system to work efficiently within the current process. Planning on expansion in the future? Storee Construction spiral coolers are built to adapt when you’re ready.

Spiral Cooling Maintenance

The compact design of spiral systems allows for easy cleaning, service, or maintenance. Keeping the product safe begins and ends with the cleanliness of the stainless steel rails or plastic belting it travels on. This is true both inside the cold storage room or out on the facility floor.

However, with the spiral system, cleaning is much faster because of the compact design. Sections can be removed for easy cleaning as well as servicing or repair. This means faster repair times, which means less downtime and less of an effect on the bottom line.

Design-Build Professionals

It’s been known to happen: The design part of a project colliding head-on with the build side. At Storee Construction, we take great pride in seeing a project through from start to finish. Working closely with the client, both parts of the project are engineered from the start.

No more communications, no more work stoppages for changes to the edits, no more missed deadlines. By working with one point of contact throughout the process, you’ll know exactly where your project stands at any given time. After all, we dislike surprises just as much as you do.

In addition to spiral cooling stations and other upgrades to your production process, Storee Construction also offers other infrastructure improvements, automation panels, as well as new construction of facilities and plants. For more than 50 years, we’ve been providing industrial solutions throughout the Midwest.
