Building/Commercial Construction Jobs
Storee manages construction projects from start to finish with comprehensive design-build planning that encompasses the short-term and long-term goals of the client. This includes site evaluations, engineering, financial budgeting, scheduling, and everything else that goes into a large-scale project.
In addition to new construction, we work with remodels, additions, and whole plant redesigns. Storee construction project managers need years of experience and a thorough understanding of the construction industry.
In many cases, Storee Construction is needed for industrial solutions, such as planning or redesigning how facilities operate. Our construction managers need to know how to plan for decommissioning heavy machinery as well as reinstallation. Manufacturing conveyor belt systems to improve production, using metal fabricators for specialized parts, as well as streamlining the entire process to diminish the amount of downtime for our clients.
In some cases, the size of the plant is ideal for the client, but the processes need improvement. We offer the ability to improve all aspects of an industrial, commercial, or manufacturing facility. Our construction workers, project managers, and general contractors are adept at handling all aspects of a plant, from electrical work, ventilation systems, productivity, and safety.
In addition to the physical misery it causes construction laborers, project managers, and others, accidents and injuries are a major drain on the bottom line of a company. We constantly train our employees on safe working habits and best practices while on the job. All of our crews, management, and administrative workers need to have an understanding of the importance of safety.
That translates to our customers as well. With nearly 690,000 accidents a year — resulting in more than $150 billion in cost — safety should be a paramount concern to any business owner. Storee Construction performs safety inspections, upgrades, and process improvements to keep workers safe and on the job.
There’s more to working in the construction industry than operating power tools or having years of construction experience. From office managers to heavy haul truck drivers to accounting positions, Storee Construction occasionally has positions available for those who have never picked up a hammer before.
An understanding of our business is certainly helpful, but Storee also hires database wizards, IT ninjas, and inter-office communication rock stars. As a construction company that works at improving the infrastructure for our clients, we want to make sure we run as smoothly as possible, too.
